THE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

A location where individuals may freely express themselves is essential to the well-being of Solcial’s members and customers. Each of us has our own set of values, and we feel there is a commonality in our differences. Any material that does not meet the community’s standards may be reported, hidden or down voted by members of the community. The primary goal of establishing these rules is to provide a uniform level of conduct throughout the platform and provide a secure setting in which users may engage in conversation and have fun.
However, despite the fact that Solcial is permissionless, we can all agree that there are certain universal rules that we must follow if we are to survive and prosper. Some of them are:
1. It is Solcial’s goal to minimize the damage that may be caused by users publishing improper information. We honor and value the unique set of values that each of us holds dear. That’s true that the platform’s basic principle is freedom of expression, but it doesn’t mean you may publish information that might cause injury or encourage violence. When there is a danger to public safety, we will engage with law enforcement to protect the public. We may also take into account other information accessible on other platforms, such as a person’s public prominence and the dangers to their physical safety, to decide if the threat was genuine.
2. Those linked with violent organizations, such as violent extremist groups and terrorist organizations, are not commended by Solcial for using the platform to promote their illegal actions. In order to ensure the safety of the general public, Solcial does not allow the publication of any material linked to these groups.
3. Solcial does not accept anybody or any group that promotes or participates in violence on its platform. Users in the Solcial community have the ability to report or censor such information since the platform works on a blockchain.
4. An organized group that has been involved or engaged in major crimes such as murder, rape, robbery, abduction, drug trafficking, etc. are known as criminal organizations. These groups may be either national or international or local in scope.
5. Terrorism, broadly defined, is the use of violence to instill terror, particularly among civilians, in order to achieve a certain political goal.
6. Terrorist groups classified as international by the UN are those that adhere to internationally accepted definitions of terrorism.
7. The use of premeditated violence or threat of violence to injure noncombatants in order to incite terror or threaten a government or international organization in the pursuit of political, religious, ideological or ethnic aims by people and organizations is considered genocide.
This includes content that promotes, encourages, and celebrates acts of terrorism
There are several ways in which terrorist groups are depicted in the media.
8. A threat to hurt a person or a group of individuals is considered a violent threat. When a threat of violence is accompanied with a concrete plan that specifies a specific day, time, and location, it is regarded credible.
9. Speeches that attacks, threatens, or incites violence against or dehumanizes persons or groups based on their characteristics. An assault and a target make up hate speech.
10. Violence incitement is the act of promoting or inciting others to engage in violent behavior. Violence that has the potential to have serious, long-term or even fatal consequences is considered serious violence. All of this includes rape threats and threats to use weapons such as firearms or knives to assault, as well as unconsensual sexual contact threats like rape.
11. It’s not uncommon for someone to be bullied or harassed. Physical, verbal, social and online bullying are all examples of this phenomenon. Solicitation at Solcial is not tolerated since this sort of activity may have a negative impact on a person’s health and can lead to bodily or mental impairment, social or emotional issues and even death.
Whether it occurs at school, in the neighborhood, or over the Internet, bullying is any action carried out with the purpose of causing injury or humiliation to another person, whether physically or emotionally. Anyone who isn’t a public person is considered a target (politicians, celebrities).
