Moderation by the end user
Solcial's primary principle in safeguarding users from hazardous material is that users themselves should regulate content and have a role in what needs to be deleted. We can probably all agree that the examples in the preceding blog are not the kinds of stuff that should be prohibited, but across the world, there are other kinds of content that is unlawful and unethical in some form or another.. By design, Solcial will automatically unpin posts from our IPFS nodes and hide them from the user interface if they have a high enough ratio of reports/views. Solcial will not support anything that its community of users deems removable since it is being designed with the objective of being entirely decentralized and reliant on a P2P network of users to host content.
